honestly it just sounds like he is trying to be a good friend. since he is a flirt this is probably normal behavior to be sweet to girls. you cant tell if a guy likes just by looking at his eyes..... sorry but thats unrealistic. he seems like a nice FRIEND i'm not really sure if he likes you like that because if he did he would be doing a lot more stuff then looking at you to tell you he likes you.
