Help! my self issues are getting in between mine and my bfs relationship?

ok so my bf/sons father of 4yrs wants sexual acts all the time! now how can i tell if im sexy or if hes just addicted to sex i think he lies about compliments he gives me. and im afraid if i show him my body in light he'll run off.. im really pretty and am comfortable with showing him my breast but the rest of my body im scarred my figures ok but my midsections an issue for me. help. real advice pls preferrally mens advice.thanks:)
